Because Lady Lux Fashion features high quality clothing which is often special ordered in the size and color of your choice, merchandise cannot be returned for a refund. In case of return store credit will be issued for all returned items. All returns have to be made within ten (10) days of receipt*. Return packages are examined immediately upon receipt and merchandise must not have been worn, washed or altered and all original tags must be attached. Merchandise must not have snags, rips, make-up stains, foul odors such as cigarette smoke or other damages or the item(s) will be returned to you at your own expense. When returned merchandise passes inspection, Lady Lux Fashion will issue you a store credit which may be used for your future purchases. 

You may exchange any online purchase to Lady Lux Fashion within ten (10) days of receipt*. A one time exchange is permitted for unworn merchandise with an available style, color and size. All exchange shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Free shipping only applies to the original purchase. Lady Lux Fashion performs a 100% inspection of all merchandise prior to shipment from the warehouse. All merchandise must be returned to Lady Lux Fashion in original condition. When returned merchandise passes inspection, Lady Lux Fashion will ship the exchanged dress to you and send an email containing a tracking number for the new shipment. Please note all clearance items are FINAL SALE. 

*The date of receipt is determined by the tracking number for your package. 

Lady Lux Fashion offers a simple and friendly shipping policy, All shipments in the United States are free. All shipments to Europe are 27.95USD for the first item and 5.00USD for each additional item on the order. All stock items ship within 3 business days. 

All prices are in US Dollars we do not accept any other currency and we do not offer an exchange rate.
